Details
Combining wood, brass, and saddle leather, the Ren Magazine Rack (2016) marries luxurious materials with a simple yet elegant form. The distinctive rack features a luxe leather sling that hangs from a Canaletto walnut frame with brass hardware. Shanghai-based designers Neri & Hu create thoughtful objects that enrich contemporary life while linking to a collective history. The rack’s solid walnut frame traces the shape of the Chinese ideogram “ren,” which means “person” or “human being.” Place it beside a reading chair, sofa, or bed for a captivating, useful accent. Made in Italy.
